libimobiledevice : Fix detection of swig version

The detection of swig version doesn't work on Debian, probably with a new version of swig. Attached patch should fix this problem.

    I only tested with 2 different versions (1.3.40 and 2.0.4), and it builds correctly.

    Works fine on Mandriva Cooker pre 2012 (2012-01-04) using swig 2.0.4 and python 2.7

    my 2 cents and not sure whether it really relates to the bug:
    In the package for version 1.0.6 for fink, the package manager on Mac OS X, i needed to add the swig binary in the configure parameters (SWIG=/sw/bin/swig).

    IMHO, this bug should be closed as it seems it works for many people. The patch should be merged to git master.
