restore_is_current_device : device is not in restore mode

when multiple devices connected on my Ubuntu System...then i compile the one iphone with its corresponding firmware with using its ecid or uid.
In a starting....Which device i want to restore that device is processed.................
But after that iphone enter into the recovery mode...then waiting for devices..it access the another device which is connected on my system with its uid. That device which is in proecess recovery mode that device is not access
when only one device is connected ...then everything is fine.

I connect the two ios Phone :- one iphone4s ans second is ipad mini
uid of iphone 4s is e5f3c065a9717d7abbd145ae184c55ff40afc309
uid of ipad mini is 26990a955a3411800ebeb51969eb1fadd783c8b2

I Want to restore the ipad mini but enter into restore mode and then waiting for ipad device it hang ...and access the uid of iphone 4s which is in normal mode.

Command :- sudo idevicerestore -u 26990a955a3411800ebeb51969eb1fadd783c8b2 -e iPad4,5_9.2.1_13D15_Restore.ipsw

Exception OUTPUT :-

About to restore device...
Waiting for device...
restore_is_current_device: device e5f3c065a9717d7abbd145ae184c55ff40afc309 is not in restore mode

ERROR: Unable to connect to device in restore mode
ERROR: Unable to open device in restore mode
ERROR: Unable to restore device
