usbmuxd 1.0.8 missing file version.tag

Hi

The file "version.tag" is missing in usbmuxd 1.0.8 and in the git repository. Version detection goes wrong and version is set to UNKNOWN.

Creating the file with 1.0.8 fixes it.

    Thanks for you report.
    We switched to autotools and no longer require this file.
