
Use UUIDs in python-iphonesync

There are two patches in this series, the first is to remove a deprecated call used in iphonesync and the second is to use the newly exposed uuid information from libiphone in creating unique identifiers for objects on the phone.

Thanks, I'll see if I can directly convert it to fully use uuid and allow for specific devices.

Have merged your LUID changes to python-iphonesync manually now and updated the libiphone Python bindings to expose the uuid targeting in the patch below.
python-iphonesync also gained support for Notes.
