LibPList Bug Fixing.

I have fixed a bug for libplist. The issue is, when the plist
file contain comment information, the libplist will crash.
The attachment is my patch.

free2000fly, the plist DTD from apple doesn't mention the 'comment' tag as part of the property list specification. Can you show me a plist file that uses it?
