Remove check for gcry (revert e449f1b3699f356b4e3238ca287e371656c4136c)

Hi,
GnuTLS 3.0.0 removes support for gcry, which break building
libimobiledevice because it's checking for gcry at build time.
The commit is

I reverted it and it build correctly on my system. I don't know the
background of this modification, but maybe it can be dropped ?
