Add required pkg.m4

./configure'ing the source tree on my Mac fails with
./configure: line 15055: syntax error near unexpected token `libusbmuxd,'
./configure: line 15055: `PKG_CHECK_MODULES(libusbmuxd, libusbmuxd >= 0.1.4)'
The attached patch adds pkg.m4 to the m4/ directory, which fixes the problem after (re)running ./autogen.sh
