I have an iPhone 4 running the latest beta of iOS5, and running "ideviceinfo -d" results in nothing.

Hi - I am getting this error as well, and it just started after the latest upgrade to my iPad, a Model MC916LL, running 5.0 (9A334); libimobiledevice programs are at 1.1.1-1ibintu1 (all installed items in attached image); and my system is running a fresh load of Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit (my lshw output is attached).

I am really not sure what happened, for a time my IOS5 and UBUNTU 11.10 worked fine those unhandled lockdown error (-4) and (-15) disappeared and I can even see my Iphones battery status in the battery/power status bar. But what happened to me was that my phone was restored from backup as my kid accidentally erased my iphone. But after the restore using my other computer, I am now seeing this lockdown (-15) always. BTW what does this lockdown exactly mean (for us newbie here)..

Lockdown error -4 means that pairing with the device failed.
Lockdown error -15 means that the SSL communication session is not running but needed.I am closing this bug as even iOS 5.1.1 works just fine.
