Ipod Touch 4.2.1 messes up library

Whenever I sync music through linux with latest libimobiledevice 1.0.4 on ios 4.2.1, the ipod touch's library gets messed up. It does not do the "updating library" when i click on music from ipod touch. In the music folder, only the ARTIST PAGE is messed up. Some artist wil be missing songs or will be put into wrong artist songs (all music, not the new music i synced. the new music i sync through linux shows up correctly). To fix this i have to plug ipod into itunes on windows than click disconnect through itunes. then everything goes back to normal.

Thanks, however music synchronization is not handled by libimobildevice.
It is handled by libgpod and thus you should use the bugtracker of that project:
