[restored] Implement restored service interface

This is a tracker bug for ongoing work by posixninja to implement the restore mode service protocol.
In this mode the device reports itself with the "normal mode" USB ids, but uses different endpoints. This has already been patched in usbmuxd which now communicates fine with devices in restore mode and an initial implementations works fine.
