    Nikias this patch didn't apply to the latest github head, so I merged martin's latest changes and it still doesn't apply. Can you rebase off the latest in github?

    I just mailed you a bunch of documentation patches which should be merged anyway. Try if the above patch applies with the doc patches applied in advance.
