Minor text wrongness: ideviceinstaller upgrade

Just a minor text correction, help says:
-g, --upgrade APPID Upgrade app specified by
APPID.
But it should read ARCHIVE instead of APPID, because the package
is supplied locally.
Upgrade itself is working fine (except for the directory/repacking
issue reported in #295)
