ideviceinstaller -i Angry_Birds_Space_1.2.1.ipa
ERROR: zip_open: Angry_Birds_Space_1.2.1.ipa: 19
This package i took from iTunes. I can install this package using iTunes(in this way i verified that package is valid).
i used libzip-0.10.1-1, os ArchLinux with latest updates. iPhone 4 5.1.1

- Tag set to “ios 5.1.1, iphone 4, archlinux, ideviceinstaller, install, ipa, itunes, libzip, zip”
Error code 19 means "internal error".
The file attached is not a valid ZIP file thus ideviceinstaller fails to open it which is correct behaviour.
Simply rename that file to .zip and attempt to open it, you'll notice that fails which means it's a broken file.
