restore '--root' for ifuse

Restore the '--root' option for ifuse that got dropped during the ifuse split.

The option is now known as --afc2.

I originally submitted this patch, the option was named "--root", in order that it reflect what it did, not how it did it. There was an "--afc2" alias, for technically minded people who cared about how it was performed.
It would be useful if you could give some background as it why you feel that the original alias is inappropriate, or that neither alias should be accurately documented in ifuse/README (as both previously were).
