    free2000fly, the plist DTD from apple doesn't mention the 'comment' tag as part of the property list specification. Can you show me a plist file that uses it?

    yes this is in fact an artifact of a failed jailbreak attempt... the only way to make your device connect again would be by recovering the original...

    I committed a fix using fflush to write out the buffer immediately after the fwrite call. This should fix the issue.
