ideviceinstaller crashes when built with libimobiledevice1.1.5

I recently updated to libimobiledevice 1.1.5 and afterwards ideviceinstaller began to crash. I tracked it down to an API change made in libimobiledevice that has not yet been picked up in ideviceinstaller. Attached is a patch that gets ideviceinstaller working again.

To apply the patch:

git clone git://git.sukimashita.com/ideviceinstaller.git
cd ideviceinstaller/
patch -p1 < fix_idevice_installer.patch

Thanks, we'll fix client applications after libimobiledevice 1.2.0 stable is released.
Anyways, fixed in git master for now.
