[PATCH]Initial environment setup - add libtool to list

Hi, I've just started looking at libiphone/iFuse on a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.10 - I apt-get install'ed all the dependencies from the READMEs but I also needed to install libtool.
Please can you add it to the list in the README.
