idevicebackup restore is not start (iPone 3.1.3, jailbroken)

I lose all my contacts on iPhone. Fortunately, i have backup
(idevicebackup backup...), but it isn't start. I'm nooby in linux,
please help me resolve this problem!
terminal window:
serjio@zulu:~$ idevicebackup restore

As you can read, "Restoring backup is NOT IMPLEMENTED." your version of idevicebackup does not support restoring.
Please upgrade your version to the latest stable and idevicebackup will be able to restore from your backup just fine.Mind that iOS 3.x and iOS 4.x backup systems are different and not compatible.
