Ok, git master now has changes to be able to restore all files to the device.
Yet there is one missing part which restores application settings which hopefully will be done soon.
After that we'll finally be able to close down this ticket aswell. :) -

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
The part to restore application settings is in git master. Besides some beautification this thing is nailed. ;)
