Not quite there yet. I see no libiphone 1.0 tarballs :)
However, judging from the current state of things I think we might see it finally happen by the end of this week.

Took a while but hey look what we got here:
http://cgit.sukimashita.com/libiphone.git/log/?h=martinI would appreciate if you could directly pull from there.
Big thanks to Nikias who pushed a lot of cool code.
Regardings changes, please check the README.
Basically most changes are side effects of the attempt to allow implementations to fully use the lockdown request protocol on their own next to fresh new service interfaces for the springboard service and installation proxy service.
Additionally it became evident, that the services can be separated into plist based and "DeviceLink" based ones (DLMessage... as seen in MobileSync).
This led to a couple of other changes including moving the SSL communication towards the raw socket I/O layer and overall decoupling complex code into the right code domains.
Awaiting some 0.9.6 (1.0 rc1?) release if possible. :)
The last bits would be updating the documentation and then I'd propose pushing 1.0 if there are no major regressions from the RC.

I think you are talking about NEWS

I just tried merging your martin branch and it has conflicts. Can you merge in the latest head before I merge?

Matt Colyer January 14th, 2010 @ 03:35 PM
Everything should be merged and pushed. So should I roll 0.9.7?

Martin S. January 14th, 2010 @ 04:08 PM
Yeah, great stuff, thanks!
Just go ahead and release as you wish. Holding back patches for other implementations until then.
But isn't it 0.9.6 though? I bumped it myself in one commit and NEWS would cover this 0.9.6 (aka 1.0 RC1).Also started to update the doc comments and everyone is invited to help. ;)
Besides, please check your libiphone wiki, appears the Database is down. -
